Prior to RSVP'ing, please register your team for the 2026 season via the Team Sign-Up form.

This is NOT a tournament entry form. This form is for the organization of the upcoming tournament weekend.

All teams are required to RSVP no later than 5:00PM on the Friday leading up to the tournament weekend.
FAILURE TO RSVP WILL RESULT IN A $20 FAILURE TO RSVP FEE AT TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION.

To successfully submit your teams RSVP. You must fill out / answer EVERY line below with an asterisk (*) and check the "I am not a robot" box.
A SUCCESSFULL SUBMISSION WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE BELOW THE "Submit" BUTTON. ALONG WITH A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
